Use
Our facilities are medical offices. They are to be used by accredited professionals and meant for medical work.
In order to create an account we require a professional medical license. This license must be in good standing, without any board action(s), negative notice(s) or report(s) of any kind. Residen reserves the right to reject any applicants based on its sole review of submitted documents.
No work or procedures can be performed in public areas (such as waiting room, lobby, or corridors).
Waiting room seating is for the sole use of patients.
Corridors cannot be used to store equipment, personal items, or supplies.
Each physician is responsible for their staff and patients. All staff actions are treated as actions undertaken by the physician. All staff or patient damages will be charged to the respective physician’s account
Each physician or staff member is only allowed to use areas they have booked, or common areas. Access to other areas outside of those booked is explicitly forbidden.
Behavior that is deemed to be disruptive by Residen will result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of the physician’s account. Residen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time.
Once a booking is made, that booking cannot be changed or modified. In no event will a refund (partial or full) be given.
All public areas are under 24-hour video monitoring.
Availability
For all bookings, we do not guarantee availability UNTIL payment has been made and the system produces a booking contract and invoice.
Booking priority is given to regular Residen customers. Our system uses a loyalty program that takes into consideration the number of bookings as well as their frequency in a given time period. The prices displayed are based on this loyalty program.
All bookings are for a specific room type, such as Exam Room, Procedure Room or Consultation Room. We do not offer bookings for a specific room (ie, Exam Room 6).
All rooms/optional items/products/services are subject to availability.
Optional Items
Optional items (such as lockers, refrigerators, storage spaces, mailboxes, the den) are only available to “regular customers”. Regular customers are doctors or their staff which at a minimum book a room for four hours a month, every month, for six consecutive months. Any “occasional” customers (those whose bookings have not yet reached the minimum level or regular customers whose bookings have fallen below this threshold) are unable to book optional items unless they book and pay ahead for the minimum requirement.
