• Young doctors with medical school debt, who want to start or grow their practice.

• Mid-career physicians who want to expand an already successful practice. We offer an affordable, low-risk way to build a presence in a new market/neighborhood and attract new patients. 

• Doctors who want to continue practicing but at a less hectic pace. We lower your overhead so you can see fewer patients while still maintaining your income.

• Physicians who are in-between long-term leases. For example, one who is leaving a large group and is waiting for construction to finish on a new office.
